It is important that my current Work Values align with those values by my ultimate career because if I were to work for a company I would like to be recognized for my hard work. I would also like to build relationship with my co-worker and manager so we can work better together as a team and if we can work together meaning we can support each other and get through even the most toughest projects and that will eventually leads to greater achievements.
