To complete this assignment, you must first search for a trade that has advanced training as an option, than you must favorite that trade. Follow the steps below to learn how to favorite a trade that has Advanced Training as an option 

1. Click on OCCUPATIONS at the top of the page

2. Click inside the search bar, and type in any field and press Enter to search for it. (Remember not all occupation has Advanced Training, so make sure whatever you searched for, has Advanced Training as an option, otherwise you cannot get passed question 1).

3. Click on the field you are interested in that has Advanced Training to the right

4. Scroll all the way down until you see ADVANCED TRAINING on your left side that looks like the picture below and click on it.

5. You will now be presented with a screen like the one below. Click on the Orange button that says Add to Favorite to add the occupation to your Advanced Training favorite list. Repeat steps 1 to 5 and add two more occupations with Advanced Training to your favorite list.

This Advanced Training option fit my career goal because I feel comfortable working with Renewable Resource and Energy. Since I am good at Math, have skill and passion for working with construction, this advanced training will enhanced my knowledge so I can move into renewable energy and move up in the industry.
