Add half of the soap base to a large glass measuring cup. Place it in the microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring intermittently to avoid burning; repeat three or four times until melted. (You can also melt on the stove using a double boiler.) Once melted, quickly add 1/8 teaspoon of pomegranate seed oil and 0.25 ounces of pomegranate soap fragrance. Stir with a silicone spatula to combine. Add 1 tablespoon of French pink clay to make the first rich pink layer. Pour it into four soap bar cavities, filling approximately halfway. For the second layer, melt the remaining soap fragrance as previously directed. Add 2 teaspoons of French pink clay for a softer pink color and pour it over the first payer. For the finishing touch, sprinkle each soap bar with pomegranate flower petals. Let the soap bars cool and cure for at least one hour before removing them from the silicone mold.
